Singapore impact

A Singapore base. A regional capability agenda.

RLG’s Singapore focus connects applied AI with industrial and cross-border workflows. The priorities below describe intended capability development, not completed hiring, revenue or funding outcomes.

01

Local skills and delivery capacity

Planned priorities

Build capacity in project management, industry data, customer success, AI engineering and responsible deployment. Measure progress through confirmed roles, training completed, practical assessments and delivery responsibilities.

02

Product management and governance

Coordinate product priorities, data-governance decisions, partner work packages and IP agreements from Singapore. Evidence should include approved roadmaps, contracts, technical records and named owners rather than broad claims of institutional backing.

03

Enterprise adoption and regional growth

Focus on bounded workflows for Singapore and ASEAN enterprises. Assess progress using agreed pilot baselines, customer acceptance, operational adoption and documented regional enquiries. Partnership and customer claims require confirmation before publication.

04

Milestones that can be evaluated

  1. Confirm a business need, customer sponsor and baseline.
  2. Establish data rights, responsibilities and evaluation criteria.
  3. Test a controlled workflow and record the results.
  4. Train users, complete acceptance and review the next stage.
05
